Lefty’s Café believes that “simple ingredients prepared the home-style way, equals great food.” Open since the 90’s, Lefty’s is a favourite among the trucking community for its homestyle menu and generous portions. They have a loyal customer base due to their quality and consistency. The menu is wide, providing endless options – but we recommend trying their deep-fried pickles!

Beaverlodge Restaurant is a family-friendly diner with a variety of food and drinks, offering an all-day breakfast menu and wing nights every Monday and Thursday. They serve salads, pastas, pizzas, burgers, and have great choices of sides such as waffle fries, onion rings, sweet potato fries or baked potatoes.

Sunday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. Sun: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm.

Ernie O’s Restaurant & Pub lists their daily specials on Facebook so be sure to check it out if you’re in the area! They specialize in dishes such as the whole wheat seafood pizza with alfredo sauce, Manhattan clam soup, Jamaican jerk meatballs with rum caramelized pineapple – not to mention their homemade bread. We are itching to try the pizza quesadilla!

Peter’s Drive-In is an institution in Alberta. They have been around since 1963 cooking up burgers and fries the old-fashioned way. The menu is classic with great prices. Their milkshake selection is vast and you can combine up to three flavours, resulting in over 4,500 combinations!

There are also many vegetarian and gluten-free options available. We personally love how they call their Slow Roasted Pork Belly Bites “meat candy”!

Customer reviews rave about their affordable prices, great quality food, large portions, excellent service, and great coffee.
